How does it work? It's very simple, you book a Remote Assistance session from our Customer Mall & you will be directed to a location to down load you fully licensed copy of our Remote Assistance software. If you are happy to install the software on you own, then you just run the downloaded programme, otherwise one of our technicians will be happy to talk you through the 2 minute install progress.
Once you have the client agent installed on your system our engineer will reconfigure the firewall on your radio unit to allow him to access your PC. Once connected you will be able to talk to our engineer via the interactive chat software built into our Remote Assistance software or if you have Skype you can request a Skype call to make things a little easier.
As soon as we have resolved your problem our engineer will reset your firewall to ensure your security is maximised. If for some reason we are unable to resolve your issue, you will be credited a Remote Access session.
All Remote Assistance Sessions are provided on a 100% No Fix - No Fee bases.

What Happens if our Server Crashes?
We are not immune from hardware failure just like everyone else, but to protect your data from accidental loss, all data you send to the SFTP Server is stored on one of our RAID Arrays whereby every piece of information you store with us is written simultaneously to two separate hard drives which are independently backed up by a third party software application.
How do I get it?
You can purchase backup space from our Customer Mall, where you will find packages for all users. Upon successfully purchasing your SFTP package you will be emailed a link to download the software required along with your unique Serial Number and Login information.
